We have been tenants at Spaces Galleria at Post Oak for years, and unfortunately, the situation has become unacceptable since the recent construction and renovations in the building. Parking is a constant nightmare, the elevators are unreliable, the noise levels are unbearable during the workday, and the climate control is completely inconsistent. It is extremely difficult to maintain a professional working environment under these conditions. On several weekends, we paid extra fees for air conditioning and security services for official functions, yet these services were never properly delivered. This is simply unacceptable. As part of a diplomatic organization, we also repeatedly faced problems because the building management seemed incapable of understanding or correctly handling tax-exempt status, creating unnecessary administrative headaches again and again. At this point, we cannot recommend this location to anyone. The service quality, building operations, and tenant support have deteriorated badly. If you are considering renting office space here, look elsewhere.

It took more than six months - and still counting - for your colleagues to adjust the tax amount on our monthly parking. Additionally, they wanted to charge taxes while the parking company already removed the taxes, which raises some tax declaration related questons too. I have experienced unprofessional, incompetent, and amateurish case management, won't recomment to anybody else.

To say that this is the worst business I have ever dealt with would be an understatement. Avoid them at all costs. if you want stability and good service, go somewhere else.

This was the absolute worst office rental experience I have had in 20 years. The parking is non-existent and every week, there’s an email saying something is wrong, etc. At the end of the lease, they doubled the rent also. This place may look good on the surface but it’s like lipstick on a pig. This office building is trash. The ONLY thing good about this place is the building receptionist.
