Very rigid management. They love their contracts and won’t help you if google requires verification, which they will. So now I’m locked out of my business profile with no ability to make updates and have the potential for suspension. They gave me an I’m sorry and what do you expect us to do you signed a contract. Don’t recommend the virtual address

Functional office, well appointed, decent internet fantastic location and view. However you will mourn the day you give them your credit card as the nit picking charges this fee and that fee and by the way you are a fool didn't you read your fine print.(example $405.00 cleaning fee no matter how clean the office is) The fees continue even after discontinuing your lease with them. Oh and pro-rating is a foreign word if you are minutes into your new month you will pay for your unused office. I don't like the ambitious billing dept at Regus. (Response to Regus' public reply: this rating will not be removed because it is the truth and others need to be warned about Regus' business practices. Whether you fix my issue or not, When I contacted you directly you refused me, but now that the issue is addressed publicly you issue me a case number and give me prompt attention. This speaks volumes about your organization and will now further impact your rating. If you remove or modify your response it will further impact your rating)
