Booked an event with them in their conference room for a week just recently. I actually had booked the event almost a year in advance, confirmed all the details, had it added to the schedule etc. Called about a month in advance to confirm everything and go over everything and was told that because the employee that booked it was no longer with the company, there was no booking. They transferred me to a manager of sorts named Jacob. This guy was literally trying to come up with every excuse on the planet about how and why they couldn't honor the event. But being that I was kind of backed into a corner at this point, I had to try to make it work. To say that this staff is unprofessional and unhelpful is the understatement of the world. What started as difficult to work with, turned combative. And at the end of the day, they were attempting to either throw out our equipment or hold it hostage unless we paid them a storage fee that was never discussed. Jacob and his manager Nancy were both involved. Just absolutely miserable people. I'd highly recommend to steer clear of this business. They may be ok for some things here and there, but you better hope there are no issues or bumps in the road or they will attempt to stick it to you anyway they can. Unauthorized charge attempts on my card, threats, name calling, you name it, they'll do it. Consumer beware, this is a group you need to stay away from!
