Absolute nightmare trying to cancel services. Some of the people we worked with while we were there were great. The space itself is cool. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Mark and the Spaces Team are absolutely amazing and went above and beyond for our entire team during our 3 days of hosted meetings with them. The space is beautiful, the catering came exactly as ordered, the staff are friendly and helpful - we will definitely be back!

My experience at this co-working space was incredibly disappointing. Despite having a confirmed appointment, I was met with complete lack of professionalism and courtesy from the manager, Olivia. Instead of providing a tour, she was visibly occupied with eating at the front desk and dismissed me without even making an effort to accommodate. Her demeanor was disrespectful, and she didn't even acknowledge me properly during our interaction. It's disheartening to encounter such poor customer service, especially in a place one would expect to exude professionalism. The space itself appeared promising, but unfortunately, I didn't get the opportunity to explore it. A change in management is highly recommended to prevent others from experiencing the same embarrassment and disrespect that I did.

The space itself is GORGEOUS and well maintained, but Olivia is such a difference maker! Her attention to detail and her above and beyond attitude really make such a difference and she makes the productive workspace so incredibly welcoming. I love bringing clients to the space with me and every single time, they fall in love with it!

Pretty shady business practices. Had a 1 year lease on a virtual office. Provided more than 60 days notice (as required) prior to the end of the lease that we didn't want to renew. They told us they had "auto renewed us" more than 3 months before our lease ended. We had to cancel our credit card to keep them from charging us. Be very careful signing anything with them.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.

  • Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Spaces.

  • At Spaces - Nashville - Spaces Riverfront Park, Private Offices and Dedicated Desks can be booked on a monthly basis.

  • While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.
