With modern, flexible work spaces, meeting rooms and tech-enriched amenities, e|spaces occupies approximately 30,000 square feet in the visually stunning Stocking 51 building. Most importantly, private offices and meeting rooms offer a premier space for entrepreneurs, teams, companies and those who work remotely.

You can find parking on the street infront of the building, or in the lot behind. Once you've parked, go into the main entrance doors to the right of Jeni's Ice Cream. Take the elevator to the 3rd floor.

Love this place. For a work environment it’s very peaceful and clean and lots of nice amenities that most offices don’t provide. Sydney our Concierge is always on it making sure we have slots for team meetings. Makes sure all the coffee machines are cleaned regularly and restocks all of our coffee supplies and snacks so we can take on the day!!

Our company began leasing our office space at the E|Spaces Nations location at the beginning of this year, and we have been very happy with our decision to do so! Our neighbors are wonderful, the property managers are very welcoming, responsive when we have any questions, and are always willing to help if you have any questions. The common areas are are consistently stocked with coffee, hot teas, soft drinks, and snacks. The free parking is a major plus, as well, as free parking is very rare in the city. Whether you are a remote employee looking for a quiet and inviting space to work or a small business looking for a new space to land your operations at, we would highly recommend E|Spaces Nations!

Finding quality office space can be surprisingly difficult. Finding quality office space at a fair price is harder. Espaces does both exceptionally well. The facilities are professional, clean, accessible, and flexible, with membership options that fit a wide range of needs. The location is outstanding, and the ability to access the space 24/7 (depending on membership level) makes it ideal for professionals who don't always work a traditional schedule. What truly sets Espaces apart, however, is its management. Sydney is simply exceptional. She is responsive, proactive, and genuinely invested in making sure members have the best possible experience. Whenever an issue arises, she addresses it promptly and professionally. Her commitment to the community is evident in everything she does. Espaces also creates meaningful opportunities for networking and collaboration. There is a real sense of community here without sacrificing the professionalism that serious businesses require.
