At the time that I moved in I was told that these amenities were part of my lease. Now I have to pay for them. Random strangers have access to our lounge and people leave their work stuff everywhere . They misrepresented the fees and only added them after I emailed about why offices that where supposed to be available to residents where not.

This work space is one of the most innovative and functional in the area. It’s well thought out and absolutely stunning! The options are endless…training classes, private offices, multiple work stations or larger tables, they have so many options. It’s also great to walk to onsite restaurants for lunch or coffee for a pick me up. Highly recommended!

Apt CoWork at The Melrose is such a convenient place to work, right in the heart of Melrose / Berry Hill. There’s plenty of free parking, which makes coming and going super easy. The space is clean, modern, and has everything I need—from fast Wi-Fi to private call booths and great desks. I also love that it’s walking distance to some great coffee shops and lunch spots. Overall, it’s been an awesome place to be productive and get work done.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

    It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Apt CoWork, who is more than happy to help out.

  • Apt CoWork - The Melrose operates during regular business hours, which are listed above. For any requests or requirements outside of these hours, please contact the coworking operator directly. 

  • Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Apt CoWork.

  • Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like.     On the other hand, private offices are best suited for focused work and private interactions. They're ideal for solo workers as well as teams seeking a dedicated space, shielded from distractions.
