Avoid doing business with ANY Regus location. You will be hit with hidden fees, excess costs, and a painful process to not renew your lease. Their support teams are unresponsive, you can't get anyone helpful on the phone. Horrible experience dealing with Regus.

Good location - the corporate Regus office will send you random billings, that are incorrect. They will charge you a fee when you move out, but not actually do any of the work to improve/fix the space once you are out. Nickle-dime you for everything. High front off/reception staff turnover that do not have any real ability to fix your problems.

The location is good and clean. However, there have been issues with our correspondence being opened twice, with the explanation that they couldn't identify its recipient, despite the envelope clearly displaying our specific PMB # for receiving mail. Additionally, I've had difficulty reaching anyone by phone when I've called. I was contemplating utilizing a service to handle our company's calls, but I'm concerned it could result in missed business opportunities.
