Edited: I understand that there was a lot going on when I put in this review and appreciate the issue being resolved. I really do see that the team here does care about doing a good job, if perhaps overwhelmed for various reasons. *Sidenote, whoever picks the music for the building needs a raise. Always a great vibe, and I'm always shazaming artists while waiting for the elevator. There could be improvements in communication and process improvements. Its a pleasant enough place to live as a student. But there have been times when I don't think management cares or that people who work here want to take people who live here seriously. After being required too move to another unit for the summer term, after living here for a year, there were several things wrong with the new unit and after more than a week later I am still waiting for a microwave. When I followed up on getting a time frame, I was told "it was not an emergency." I don't think the person who told me this realized how unprofessional that sounded... And if she was in my shoes, someone who lives in a studio with a tiny kitchen, not having a microwave( that also functions as an oven) seriously decreases my cooking capabilities. Especially not having the vent. I'm pretty furious with the lack of urgency or concern.

10/10!! Kenect has truly felt like home to me for the past 2 years. Community: One of my favorite things about Kenect is the sense of community. It never felt like just another apartment building. The Tuesday Tastings (free breakfast every Tuesday!), monthly community events, and overall atmosphere made it easy to meet people, feel connected, and settle into a new city. Amenities: The amenities are a huge plus. The pool, gym, rooftop areas, and free coffee are all amazing. I especially loved the large co-working spaces with private conference rooms and phone rooms, which were very helpful for everyday professional and academic life. Location: The location is hard to beat and made living in Midtown Nashville incredibly convenient, walking distance to many restaurants, public transport, Music Row, and the Vanderbilt University. It was easy to explore the city, meet friends, and really enjoy everything Nashville has to offer. Team: A huge shoutout to the entire Kenect team. The staff here have been incredibly kind, responsive, and welcoming. From the front desk to the maintenance team, people genuinely care about residents, and you can feel it. My personal shoutout to Ken — thank you for making the whole experience next level. You’ve always been incredibly helpful and welcoming. People like you are a huge part of what made Kenect feel special and made this place feel like home. Thank you, Kenect, for being such an important chapter of my life. I’ll miss calling this place home ❤️

Living there was fine. It’s a little loud. But it’s been 5 months since they called me about giving me my security deposit check and I still haven’t received it after calling every other week since then.
