I love this place! The vibe is fantastic, very high-end and calming. There are a ton of different creative people that work in the space and there’s full-time offices. Floor to ceiling glass windows and doors, A creative studio, several different options for conference rooms and a beautiful communal area with a full kitchen. Everything you would need!

We rented the studio for a video shoot with a client and were absolutely blown away by the space. Everything was top notch. The space is so beautifully designed and has lots of amenities. Riley was super helpful with our many requests, and the studio was a perfect backdrop for our shoot. We'll definitely be back!

The space is absolutely phenomenal. My thoughts were calm and collective, as well as excited to be there during my tour. With fashionable furniture and beautiful lighting you cannot complain about the atmosphere this place offers. The production studio is basically your canvas and the office spaces are spacious depending on your needs as well as private phone call rooms. Everyone seemed to respect each other's space and noise was naturally kept to a minimum. Riley was a wonderful tour guide and answered all of my questions before I could even think to ask. While private office space is a little too expensive (for myself) they offer access at an affordable monthly price. Im glad to know this gem is close to home and is available to an ever growing community. 10/10 at Ampersand Studios.
