I used this business for years and ultimately stopped because of repeated customer service issues that made the experience exhausting. The biggest issue was professionalism. Calls often went unanswered, and there were times it genuinely felt like calls were being screened or ignored while staff were visibly present. When I did get someone, the interactions were often dismissive, rude, or unnecessarily abrasive. The “24-hour business center” wording was also misleading from a customer perspective, because that did not reflect the actual access experience I encountered. Driving out only to realize you cannot access what you expected is frustrating and avoidable with clearer communication. Another major issue was account closure and billing confusion. When I stopped using the service, my understanding of the closure process and deposit handling was clearly not the same as theirs, which left a very bad impression. The actual concept of the service is useful, which is why I stayed for years longer than I probably should have, because changing business addresses is a hassle. But customer service matters, and unfortunately that was consistently the weakest part of the experience.

The receptionist is really disrespectful, the facility is WAAAAY overpriced for what is the service is and overall the experience you get with this company is horrible!
