I’ll be honest with this review. Poor customer service for their business owners who rent inside their unit offices. Outrageous prices, which I set because of the location being in a mall area right down from the stripe and not to far from the airport. Being harassed by the UK department making threats long emails, phone calls and voicemails that break NV state laws, and limiting you access from your office. Unwilling to work with anyone who is struggling with their businesses when rent or payment is due as a result of the economy or any other hardships. Charging hidden fees such as a admin fee when warranted a late fee. Requiring to add more deposits or “retainers” when your lease is renewed and price increases begin. Not worth the space for a walk in closet size for almost $1500 - $2000 for a single office space. Not to mention if your not specific, clear, or tell them what you want despite explaining your profession they will hide you anything and then next thing your sharing a space with someone and stuck in a lease you can’t get out of. Update in response to the owner on 04/01/2026 - Than you for taking the time to respond; however, I do not feel comfortable engaging with your company or anyone in relation due to the increased stress about my stance. Your office team is very unprofessional especially the UK department where they yell,. curse you out and are very stand offish. I also have my office right out near the front doors and your office admin is having way to much fun fraternizing with other agencies in the building, I know customer service is apart of the experience but having them sit on the desks and having conversations that do not seem work related etc.. Is very unprofessional. I have sent emails inquiring about assistance or working with me since my life has taken a turn and the immediate response was abrupt demeaning, and not compassionate. So at this juncture, no there is no point to discuss further other than allowing me to term my lease with no penalties and refund my ENTIRE retainer fee that was almost if not over $4k for a closet size office with no window so I can't understand why the price is almost $1,500.

I left Regus mid-2025 because I closed down my private practice and transitioned into a corporate role. Regus’s own contract states that certain circumstances may qualify for early termination consideration. Mine fit clearly within that category. I gave ample notice, requested a virtual office to wind down responsibly, and followed every step they outlined. Instead of honoring their own policy, Regus denied the virtual office, forced me into a coworking plan I did not want or use, and continued billing me after I left. Because I was transitioning out of the private office, and Regus accepted that termination and transfer, I even secured a new tenant for the office, who is still renting the space. I did everything possible to ensure a clean exit and continuity for them. I returned everything, closed out properly, and received a $1,043.40 retainer refund, which only happens when Regus considers an account properly terminated. Months later, they created a charge that never appeared in my actual ledger and sent a disputed balance to collections for the original private office contract, not the coworking plan they pushed me into. Regus looks polished on the outside, but the way they handle downgrades, terminations, and billing tells a very different story. I would never trust them with my business again.

they have stolen thousands of dollars- they will make it next to impossible to cancel your ''virtual office" account. even when they say your account is closed and paid in full....another bill. You call and pay and say this is the final bill and they say yes....then another bill. You get in writing there are no more bills for stopping the 'virtual office'...then another bill, then collections to ruin people's credit. Worse then scum. thousands of dollars they have stolen.

There's a great team and a fun office plan to make this an exceptional executive suite. You'll find plenty of amenities, lots of parking, easy street access, good wheelchair accessibility, and a clean tidy grounds for the office complex. Whatever you need in mail service, reception, conference room, or related service is all here.

As a defense lawyer, I travel to Las Vegas occasionally and visit this location. The staff is unfailingly professional. The lounge can sometimes get loud and the ladies do their best to ask the customers to observe the relevant house rules. Sometimes Regus clients forget that the conversations in the lounge are not private nor privileged. The staff will ask them if they want to use an office. Some clients have become belligerent which is distracting. The staff is helpful and provide great local support. I recommend visiting this REGUS location.
