I have had the pleasure to be in The Canyons at Summerlin Regus office for going on 10 years now. The front desk staff has been amazing throughout, especially at the present moment with Shaneice. She is always there to greet both clients and visitors with a warm smile, issues are resolved immediately, and she goes out of her way to make the office a nice place to come to every day. I honestly couldn't ask for a more attentive front desk staff.

We truly appreciate all the support from The Canyons at Summerlin team. Our business involves frequent incoming and outgoing shipments, and they have always helped us coordinate everything smoothly. As we relocated our business from CA to NV and started over, their guidance made the transition easy and allowed us to focus on growing our business. We had many questions during the move, and they always responded quickly and resolved everything right away. Thank you to the entire team — and a special thank you to Shaniece for her outstanding support!

I’m very happy with my office space at Regus The Canyon. The staff is always helpful, kind, and respectful, and they treat my guests exceptionally well. It makes such a difference to work in a place where professionalism and hospitality are clearly a priority. I love that I can use spaces all over the world! Highly recommend! Going on 4 years!!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • At Regus - OFFICENEST - Summerlin, you can book a Meeting Room for a flexible hourly rate. For those who require a workspace for an entire day, Meeting Rooms are also available.

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.

  • While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.

  • Regus - OFFICENEST - Summerlin operates during regular business hours, which are listed above. For any requests or requirements outside of these hours, please contact the coworking operator directly.

  • Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Regus.
