Our experience with this office has been disappointing due to ongoing facility issues. About two months ago, the WiFi was not working properly for an extended period, which affected daily operations and communication. More recently, the air conditioning has stopped working, and the office has been extremely hot and uncomfortable for staff and visitors. These issues have not been resolved in a timely manner, which has impacted productivity and the overall working environment. I do not recommend this office space based on my experience.

Moved here from a larger Regus location and after a few speed bumps getting setup, I love this location. Great front desk staff, lots of places to eat within a few blocks, and zero Strip traffic.

HQ West Tropicana (dba Regus) misled me about leasing rules. This company does not have the required Clark County Massage Establishment Business License, making it illegal to rent to a licensed massage therapist. After discovering this from the Clark County Clerk’s office, I requested to end the contract but was denied, despite having already paid a two-month deposit, rent, amenities fee, office building FOB, and office keys. They claim once the lease is signed, no refunds are allowed—even though I attempted to cancel within an hour of being charged the same day. Management has ignored all emails and calls. This is dishonest, unprofessional, and not a reputable company. Avoid entirely!!!
