I've been with Regus for years and to be honest I've had some challenges along the way. However, I had the pleasure of working with Barbara Pasqui today at the Gramercy location and I was blown away. Most of the time people want to see how fast they can get you off the phone (myself included) but Barbara was fantastic. She took time to answer all my questions, help me find the lowest rate and I can't thank her enough. I'm very happy to have my issues resolved and moving forward with Regus. Thank you Barbara!

Unbelievably unprofessional incompetent mean and impossible to deal with. Do not under any circumstances if you have a business interact with these people! I started 3 months ago after a struggle to even to get someone to call me back. I liked the location and the parking. I met a person named Jazmine for a meeting to discuss the virtual office options. I got this meeting after complaining about how bad the Summerlin location treated me when I simply inquired about their products. Once I met in person I was able to finally sign up.I gave them my credit card. They gave me an invoice that I had paid the first month and the second month. I was never able to access my account in their portal. It did not work. But they started sending me invoices with late fees. I only signed up in June. How could this be?? They never billed the card. And I was only able to access my portal for the first time last week the final week of august. I have an email chain of at least 13 interactions asking for their help over the past month and a half. Finally I went in person this morning and spoke to a very incompetent and emotional person named Eric who told me that collection will deal with me. It's only been 3 months. Mind you. And that it's Monday morning, and he can't deal with all this right now. So I asked for his supervisor's name and phone number. And he told me she did not have a number or a office phone only a personal phone. So I offered to record him and go live on Instagram to repeat that statement. And he told me he was going to call security and that he cannot deal with this right now. Right now, but wait a minute. You and I have been emailing for the past month trying to resolve this issue. This company is literally as bad as it gets. I will seek an attorney and contact channel 13 news for help. Imagine starting a brand new business just 3 months ago and already being in collection, which you cannot even resolve with the phone numbers they give you because you go to a call center in india and they just hang up on you. Hahaha what a joke. And finally don't be surprised if you do sign up with them and you see notes.Or emails that say sorry for the inconvenience. But we don't have any coverage for the front desk. Or if you try and reach out for help being proactive because you see a problem already in your billing or even to ask a question. No one will call you back. Joke.

Marcella at Regus has been incredibly helpful during our move. She ensured our office furniture was perfectly configured, helped with parking, network access, team integration, conference room scheduling, and even the complicated coffee machine. Her immediate responses to all our questions made the transition seamless. Although our stay is temporary, this experience ensures we will use Regus for future short-term office needs. Outstanding service and amenities!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Adaptability is at the core of coworking, so membership options are always designed to cater to your changing work requirements and team dynamics. Most spaces offer month-to-month memberships, enabling you to adjust your workspace to your changing needs. Whether your business is growing or downsizing – or you just want to upgrade to a more private setting – you always have the flexibility to make the changes you need.

While your membership agreement may have specific terms regarding changes, don’t hesitate to reach out to Regus to discuss accommodating your adjustments.

  • For spontaneous collaboration and interaction, open desks provide an open and flexible environment. If you prefer a dedicated space with shared community elements, dedicated desks offer a great balance between personal space and interaction.

On the other hand, private offices are best suited for focused work and private interactions. They're ideal for solo workers as well as teams seeking a dedicated space, shielded from distractions.

Choosing the ideal coworking arrangement for you is about aligning your workspace with your work style, team dynamics, and project requirements.
