I am disappointed to be in a position where I feel it is necessary to leave a review. We signed up for a plan that included a virtual office with services such as call answering and forwarding, mail handling, and more. We joined in the middle of the month, but unfortunately, we never received access or a welcome package. Regus claimed they provided everything needed, but that was not the case. We spent several weeks going back and forth via multiple emails and phone calls, trying to resolve the issue. Suddenly, our plan was canceled, which was a relief in the sense that we were no longer being charged, but we were never notified that the cancellation had occurred. When I followed up to request a refund, I was informed that since mail forwarding services are available for six months after cancellation, they do not feel we are entitled to any refund. While we had online access to the Regus account, none of the plan information was available in our account. Any benefit we tried to access was unavailable. Multiple phone calls to Regus resulted in assurances that their IT department would resolve the issue, but I never received any follow-up. When I checked again in mid-June, I found that we no longer had an active account, which was odd given that our membership was month-to-month, and cancellations are supposed to be processed through the account. Additionally, I want to point out that Regus has no cancellation policy specific to coworking spaces in their terms and conditions, which could be concerning for those considering this type of plan. I recommend exploring other coworking or virtual workspace providers. Anyone who is interested, here is a summary of their refund/cancellation policy. 1. Meeting Room and Day Office Bookings: • 1-10 workstation rooms: • Full refund if canceled 10 days or more before the event. • 50% refund if canceled 5-9 days before the event. • No refund for cancellations made less than 5 days before the event. • 11-20 workstation rooms: • Full refund if canceled 20 days or more before the event. • 50% refund if canceled 10-19 days before the event. • No refund for cancellations made less than 10 days before the event. • 21+ workstation rooms: • Full refund if canceled 20 days or more before the event. • No refund for cancellations made less than 20 days before the event. 2. Booking Modifications: • If a booking is changed within the cancellation period, a change fee may apply, which varies by country. 3. Immediate Cancellations: • If canceled within two hours of booking creation (except same-day bookings), you are entitled to a full refund. 4. Third-Party Services: • Any services booked through third parties on your behalf will be charged to you regardless of the cancellation. 5. Multiple Day Bookings: • The cancellation policy applies to each individual day within a multi-day booking. 6. Business Days: • The number of days mentioned refers to business days, excluding the day of booking.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Regus, who is more than happy to help out.

  • At Regus - Arroyo Crossing, Dedicated Desks can be booked on a monthly basis.

  • Most coworking space amenities are open to all members, regardless of the membership plan. Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with Regus.

  • Regus - Arroyo Crossing operates during regular business hours, which are listed above. For any requests or requirements outside of these hours, please contact the coworking operator directly.

  • The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.

A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.

It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
