Would like to get my urgent mail, visit more than 4 times on different date, ring bell and calls, however no one answer and open the door, nor answer the phone, and no one reply my phone.

Charming repurposed building and great office space in general. Staff was friendly and very helpful. WiFi was unreliable and when it did occasionally work it was pretty slow. Ice machine had 2 cubes in it. The community fridge didn’t have much space to put anything. Loved the complimentary coffee machine and tea bar. Location was great and though no dedicated parking, the street had plenty of spots open to pay per hour at a very reasonable rate.

Extremely poor customer service. Technology issues. Unwillingness to work with you. We got a new credit card for our business and so one of our payments did not go through. Our new credit card could not be added to the online portal because of their technology. I have tried multiple times to resolve it but they insist there is nothing wrong with their system. I use them for a virtual office and so I am not really “using” their services in person and is not virtual to running my business. It is frustrating to be forced to call and make a payment each month and spend time on tasks like this that should be automated and easy. I would like to leave and get another virtual office , but they are enforcing the contract and will not allow me to leave without paying the full contract. I get it, it’s what I signed up for, but as a business owner, we work with our customers, especially when we contribute to the problem. Doesn’t seem like a good business practice to have problems with your service and then charge late fees and not work with your customers to let them go if they don’t want work with you anymore. Just a heads up for anybody else looking for a “simple” solution for a virtual office. Worked well until it didn’t and they won’t do much to help fix it or work with you.
