Recently added on another office location for my business and would advise against renting here. The building itself is decent, but the WeWork floors are weirdly vacant, spaces are tight, my signage came in incorrectly and late, but my biggest complaint is with the management and specifically Dave Schmitz, the community manager. It is embarrassing for a company like this to employ someone who is so unprofessional and unqualified to manage the community. I will not be renewing, and I have talked to multiple tenants about this matter who Intend to do the same. See the email exchange below;

Just finished a two-day deep dive meeting with a new client for which I wanted the right balance vibe of playful and professional; creative and committed. Though I hadn't been to the latest wework location, I knew I could count on a stellar experience and was again delighted by every attentive detail. From the welcoming team (Kyle, David, MaryKate - luv you already) to the on-tap kombucha and ready coloring books and games. I was so excited to visit the second day, and that's a tribute to the energy of the space. I once worked with Steve Jobs' facilities guy. And what I loved about his work, is that he created work spaces where teammates could find whatever they needed to rejuvenate at any time. WeWork has captured this notion with nooks, crannies, board games, refreshments, conversation-starting props, and privacy booths. I don't need meeting space often, and I don't often need to work outside of my comfy home office. But when I do - there's only one place I'd rather be. Terrific to now be able to pop in without ongoing membership for a day of wework vibing or the perfect place for my clients and me to be brilliant. Thanks to all who make this so.
