You think you're signing a lease for a monthly rate and it's as simple as that. they ask for a retainer after you've signed your paperwork so be sure to read all of it. Then they automatically charge you by default for secure internet and for kitchen amenities that you never signed up for or selected. They told to me to "unselect" secure internet and kitchen in the app. Guess what THEY WEREN'T select. SCAM They tell you to use the app for everything even when the app doesn't allow you to put in a payment method. They will charge you late fees even when you have a secured payment method every month. They will charge you late to charge you a late fee. SCAM It feels more like this is by design. If you read the Reddit thread about Regus everybody reports the same problems. they have charged me over $300 in fees for things I did not sign up for, nor was I able to make payment because their app would not accept my credit card or bank account. when I would go to pay in person I would still be charged a late fee, I finally got another credit card to work and I was still charged to late fee. Any attempt to rectify the situation I would be referred to a help desk website that would take days to get back to me with zero help. I do not recommend this location there are multiple other office spaces in the area, one is literally across the street and they will treat you for better. THIS REVIEW ISN'T FOR REGUS TO TRY TO FIX THE PROBLEM THIS IS A WARNING TO OTHERS TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM!

I can’t emphasize enough how I wouldn’t recommend renting from this company. They’ve made several policy changes that range from inconvenient to detrimental. The front desk is frequently unstaffed at the Briarcliff location. They charge a non-refundable restoration fee yet they provided me with an office that was clearly not restored or cleaned from the previous tenant(s): non-functional blinds, a long visible patch of glue residue on the carpet that they won’t replace, a thick layer of dust on the baseboards, dead bugs on the window ledge, amongst other things. I’ve been requesting to terminate my lease for over 6 months due to an abrupt, detrimental policy change that was made, and their corporate office recently asked their KC area manager if I’ve vacated the office yet despite the fact that it's still uncertain if/when they will let me terminate my lease early. They literally expected a tenant to surrender access to a space that they intend on continuing to take their autopayments for until they’ve decided they're satisfied with their conditions being met. I can go on but I recommend reading the countless complaints on Reddit and BBB that I wish I researched before signing a lease. There are better office space options out there.
