There were a lot of amenities and convenience at this location. However, to date, I have been charged over $1,500 for utilization that should have cost me $540. And that is after being credited back $300 that I noticed was fraudulently charged in the middle of my project. This place is completely devoid of genuine customer service. There are very kind people that work the front desk, providing office supplies and fixing the coffee pot, but the printer is a nightmare to use and there is no genuine technical help or accounting assistance. Despite using the services to get my project done, and feeling like it was going very well, after seeing this bill, and recalling the ridiculous basics that could not be fixed while we were there, I will never use this location again.

One of our clients wanted to meet us here. The atmosphere was ok, but we started getting a ton of fees for things we didn't use or sign up for. When questioned, answers were redirected to "upper management" who could not solve the issue and refused to understand our problem. I would avoid letting them know your information. Only pay them in cash, otherwise you will see a bunch of random draws on your card.
