An easy 10/10 We recently rented space at Annex Business Center for a week-long customer training session, and I can honestly say the experience could not have gone better. Finding a professional training space available for full-day use over multiple days, fully equipped, and still affordable is challenging. Annex Business Center checked every box for us. Reliable Wi-Fi, a large display for presentations, whiteboard space, and a comfortable room for our team. The multi-purpose room we rented was well-equipped, clean, and thoughtfully set up for exactly this type of event. It felt professional without being sterile, and our customers were comfortable throughout the week. What truly set this experience apart was the level of service. Coffee, water, soft drinks, and snacks were available all day, every day, which were genuinely appreciated by our group. While the facility doesn't provide catering, they do welcome outside food, and the facility manager offered to assist us with coordinating lunches. Covered parking was another bonus, especially during a long week of training and the intense Houston heat in August. The facility manager / onsite host provided outstanding support and service. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to ensuring our needs were met are exceptional. She was attentive without being intrusive, proactive without being overbearing, and 100% focused on making sure we had everything we needed. We would absolutely use Annex Business Center again and recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for training space, meeting facilities, or flexible office solutions.
