I signed an agreement here in May of 2025. That ended at the end of April of 2026. I paid a “retainer” of 2x rent and their written policy on their website says that will be returned within 30 days. It’s been 45 days now and I keep getting the run around or no response at all depending on who I email. Also, carefully read your agreement and terminations language. They present the “cleaning” fee as a small number but it multiplies it by your square footage and it’ll be a lot bigger than you would think. Great pricing on the front end but big renewals and dragging their feet on sending you your retainer back has me strongly recommending to stay away from this place. Save yourself some headache and check out the many other coworking spaces downtown.

Ruth and really all of these lovely women who make this place run smoothly, even to the point of going above and beyond for the simple fact of caring for their clients and community is palpable. The manual labor I see them go thru while still looking so fierce is awe inspiring and they should all get raises. 9-108 approved. God bless!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve only been at Spaces for about 3–4 weeks, and I’m already blown away. I even upgraded early because of how great the experience has been. The unlimited coffee alone is a game changer—seriously unbelievable. The real highlight, though, is the environment. Being on the 10th floor is awesome, and the team here—Britni, Ashley, and Ruth—make it even better. They are incredibly hospitable and genuinely make coming in every day something I look forward to. I honestly can’t believe everything I’m getting for the price I pay. If you’re on the fence, don’t be—this place delivers.

I always enjoy this Spaces location in Houston on Main as it always has plenty of space and the best service from Briana & Emily. They always have the office ready and are extremely attentive to my needs.

  • Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with Spaces.
