Clean and good looking building. If you want to rent a big suite, several offices, one small room only, this is the place. If you are a tenant you can park in a covered parking lot and cross to the building without exposure to rain or sun. There is a very nice cafeteria. A bit pricey but good coffee and food.

Great location. Friendly staff. Large parking lot in the front and back. 3 conference rooms. Kitchen area with coffee and tea (at a cost). Furniture is in good shape although the two lobby chairs have really worn upholstery that should be replaced (or reupholstered).
