Great We work type of building. Super clean and good looking. Only one office contracts and different size suites for larger projects. Always super clean and comfortable.

My tenancy at this property was significantly impacted by ongoing HVAC issues that management failed to resolve in a timely or effective manner. Despite repeated written and verbal requests, the air conditioning problems persisted for weeks, directly affecting my ability to operate my business and resulting in documented financial losses, including spoiled products and rescheduled or canceled appointments. At no point was I offered a relocation to a functioning unit, nor was I provided with prorated rent or compensation for the interruption of use. Tinting of windows was offered and I agreed, but that was never fulfilled - despite my good faith efforts to resolve the matter. These conditions amount to a failure to provide quiet enjoyment of the premises as required under landlord–tenant law. Candice, the property manager, did not provide adequate assistance or follow-through, and meaningful communication was extremely limited. I made multiple attempts to resolve these issues amicably, but no agreement could be reached. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this property to any business owner seeking a professionally managed space or responsive landlord.
