Kin Spaces is a boutique-style coworking and shared office space located in bustling, artsy SoHo. Elegantly designed for collaboration and networking, it’s an ideal spot for entrepreneurs and industry leaders to innovate and inspire one another in a supportive environment.
Kin Spaces offers several levels of membership, and all members get access to the same amenities. These include the use of Kin Spaces’ prestigious SoHo address, conference room time and invitation to the regularly hosted networking and community events. Meanwhile, a virtual desk membership includes mail and package handling, as well as complimentary refreshments while on-site. Or, dedicated desk and private office memberships come with the same amenities and several other perks, including the use of multifunctional printers, high-speed internet (both wired and wireless), three phone booths and a full kitchen stocked with coffee, tea, wine and beer. The two spacious conference rooms, (available at all levels of membership) are also equipped with Apple TVs and are ready for video and teleconferencing.
Alternatively, the private desks and offices at Kin Spaces are well-lit. In fact, floor-to-ceiling windows and glass dividers enhance the open feel so that, while the offices are soundproof, members never feel cut off from the community. These rooms also come with a choice of a clean, crisp whitewashed brick wall or a dry paint wall that’s useful for brainstorming ideas. Outside the offices, the community area is perfect for breakouts and networking. With both tables and soft seating, this inviting space encourages mingling among peers, both during and after business hours.
Additionally, Kin Spaces offers a separate, 3,000-square-foot office space complete with conference rooms, kitchen, phone booths, Wi-Fi network and a private entrance. Being fully furnished, this area is designed for larger teams and is available on both short- and long-term leases.
Overall, Kin Spaces believes in creating a family of like-minded innovators and entrepreneurs and strives to achieve that with its friendly atmosphere and staff. Plus, public transportation is nearby, and many shops and restaurants are right outside the door. As such, members enjoy these conveniences, the 24/7 access they have to their offices and the supportive coworking community that Kin Spaces works hard to cultivate.

The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
-
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Kin Spaces, who is more than happy to help out.
-
Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.
