Avoid this business. DO NOT SIGN ANY LEASE WITH SPACES IN ANY LOCATION. Extremely poor customer service, extremely shady business practices. They loop you into extremely high rents without adequate warning. Everything below is documented in writing. We signed a 3-month lease starting May 12. On June 1 — less than 3 weeks after moving in. Spaces automatically renewed us for another 3 months at a rate 50% higher than what we were paying. The only "warning" was two automated no-reply emails that landed in junk. No call, no follow-up, nothing from the humans we see everyday. Here's the trick: their contract says 3-month leases need 2 months' cancellation notice. But their fine print quietly stretches every lease to the end of the month, reclassifying it as "more than 3 months" — which needs 3 months' notice. Meaning the deadline to cancel our 3-month lease was 19 days after we signed it. The renewal window was designed to be missed. When we pushed back in early June, their own retention manager admitted in writing that the 2-month notice applied and apologized for the "misunderstanding." We then followed her exact cancellation instructions on their portal — which cancelled the wrong term and locked us in until November 30. Days later, the centre manager overruled his own colleague: "we are not able to cancel your recent renewal." Nobody takes responsibility; every person points to a different team. The result: locked in until November 30 at 50% higher rent, for a lease we tried to cancel repeatedly, in writing, well before any reasonable deadline. Do not sign anything with this company, take your business somewhere that doesn't operate this way.

Great experience so far. We recently moved in and the reception team has been supportive, responsive, and always happy to help with our questions. They’ve also been very accommodating with our office set up and specific business needs, like a partner. Everyone has been a joy to interact with, and the office space feels secure, clean, and welcoming. We’re really happy we chose Spaces!

I had the fortunate opportunity to work with Daniel Khasin last week. I have been looking for a place to use for making art and a life coach business. He immediately took me to the perfect spot at met tower spaces. Daniel has been available 24/7 to answers every question, and immediately follows through on every need I had. Daniel has not left me after I signed at the dotted line. Everyone within Spaces has gone out of their way to welcome me and do anything possible to help me settle in. I could not be happier.
