I love my studio so much. Great amenities. Fair prices. And responsive support from the managers and ownership. For anyone looking for an art space or office space I highly recommend.

Words can't express how thankful I am to the HPS team for creating an inviting, clean, and beautiful space for small businesses like myself. I've had the pleasure of renting a studio space at HPS for 3 years and loved having a creative space to work comfortably, which has been vital in my growth. The studio managers Sean and Jakob are the best! They are extremely kind and accommodating and always did their best to meet my needs. The space is very well maintained, calming, full of natural light and plants. And the location is ideal for anyone looking to be close to city, but in a quiet area. Although it is bittersweet leaving as I've outgrown my studio space, I without a hesitation would recommend HPS anyone and would come back if ever needed in the future!

Hunters Point Studios made life possible after closing down my LIC business due to the pandemic. They are such a class act and the studios are clean, chic, beautifully maintained and it's a pleasure to come to work there. There are so many interesting people and stories of what has brought people to industrial Queens, neighbors are respectful and helpful. I can't say enough good things about renting a work space at HPS. I use mine as a place to organize art works as well as sitting down at my desk. At first, this was a lifesaver, now it's way of life. I travel a lot and I have kept this office in NY as a work base. LOVE LOVE LOVE. (N.B. Just wrapped up 5 years with HPS, enjoyed every minute and will be back soon to get another space with them.)

I’m really glad I chose Hunters Point Studios. The office is quiet and comfortable. The management truly listens and takes any concerns seriously. It makes a big difference to feel supported and I enjoy coming in every day.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • HQ - Long Island City - Hunter's Point is open during regular business hours listed above. For any other requirements, make sure to contact the operator directly.

  • Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.

  • At HQ - Long Island City - Hunter's Point, Private Offices and Dedicated Desks can be booked on a monthly basis.

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with HQ, who is more than happy to help out.
