Is it a way to put no stars? They don't even deserve the time it takes to type this. So, I'm doing it to warn the next person. DO NOT RENT ANY SPACE FROM THEM. I went on a tour at the I advised I'll start everything on the 4/1. So, they offered 2 free weeks to sign that day in Mid-March. I sign for the free 2 weeks. I get there a couple days later. They kick me out saying they never over free weeks. Told me I'm owed a payment as of the day I signed & I have late fees already. So, I leave so humiliating carried all our things there then having to leave & take it all back out. I called that night act like a random person & got offered cheaper rent amount & a free month. After they kicked me out saying they don't offer free days. Dealt with 3 different managers. One on the tour that ignored me after. The other 2 became rude after the signed agreement & the kick out. Now I'm wasting time trying to fight this with them. Misleading, Misrepresenting & I feel its discrimination as well played a big part in all of this. They kicked me out & charging me late fees already & 4/1 is actually today. Someone help. Message me if anyone want to come together & put Regus where it needs to be & out of here constantly getting over on people trying to grow their business. We don't have time for their fake; false misleading lies ANYMORE! I wrote a message to the CEO I'm still waiting on his response, that probably won't never come cuz it still hasn't yet.

Terrible experience. Its nearly impossible getting ahold of anyone to assist with your account. And they don't respond to your emails either.

Terrible account management, lack of customer service, charges late fees after your payment has processed. Several late fees. Will not take phone calls. There is no help desk unless you put in a ticket and even then no one answers. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. BUYER BEWARE. THIS IS A SCAM. They refuse to contact anyone that actually needs help. They add erroneous charges to your account without your knowledge. They will not acknowledge that they have done this. They even go so far as to charge you for cancellation without ever showing you the cancellation agreement. Their business practices are egregious. I highly recommend that if you are looking for a co-working space to look elsewhere. They still refuse to contact me. This has been a waste of my money and financially draining when I have been trying to get my business off the ground. If only they would call... Also, I filed a complaint with the BBB. They have an 'F' rating, 600 complaints in the last 3 years and 230 in the last year. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY THEY WILL SCAM YOU.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Regus. I rented office space on a month-to-month basis for February and March 2024. Instead of being charged twice, as agreed upon, my credit card was charged four times without authorization. To make matters worse, I am still waiting for my retainer deposit to be returned. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, Regus has been unresponsive. This is unacceptable and feels like a complete rip-off. Their business practices are highly questionable, and I would strongly advise against using their services. This experience has been nothing but frustrating and financially damaging. I will never use Regus again.

Never Rent here. Have been a long term tenant and they auto renewed my contract with a 35% rent increase. Such greed in times of pandemic is completely unprofessional.

  • Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.

  • Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Regus.

  • While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.

  • Regus - Key Center is open during regular business hours listed above. For any other requirements, make sure to contact the operator directly.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

    It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Regus, who is more than happy to help out.
