We have our accounting practice at 80 Orville Drive location and are extremely happy. Judy is the best! I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for office space.

I signed up for a virtual office with Regus Bohemia on August 30, 2025 and it has been nothing but problems. They never sent me the required paperwork until I kept chasing them for almost two weeks and micromanaging their office. Now they want to enforce a contract that doesn’t even exist. I was gaslighted and told I could have had my mail sent there the whole time, even though their own email stated they couldn’t accept my mail until the form was signed. It’s a basic form. If they can’t handle that, how are they supposed to handle my mail or my business? Completely unprofessional. I told them I’m canceling without any more payments because I never used the service due to their incompetence and instead of fixing the problem they’re giving me issues. Run from this company. *** The situation was resolved. They refunded me and stated my account was closed. But, months later they are emailing me saying I owe them money and will be seeking collections. RUN. This company is UNPROFESSIONAL!! They contradict themselves in writing!***

Horrible company. I wish I had read the Reddit threads on Regus before signing on. I would consider almost any other company. They make leaving impossible, even when you offer to pay them out entirely. Gizelle S. is exceptionally rude and unprofessional. She often laughed at me on the phone when I requested to pay my account balance in full and hung up on me twice. After paying off my account, I asked for documentation that the account was closed, and Gizelle lied twice, saying I would receive this by the " end of day". It took me two and a half weeks before I finally reached someone who could send this documentation to me ( Thank you, Raven J!)

Frequently Asked Questions

  • For spontaneous collaboration and interaction, open desks provide an open and flexible environment. If you prefer a dedicated space with shared community elements, dedicated desks offer a great balance between personal space and interaction.

On the other hand, private offices are best suited for focused work and private interactions. They're ideal for solo workers as well as teams seeking a dedicated space, shielded from distractions.

Choosing the ideal coworking arrangement for you is about aligning your workspace with your work style, team dynamics, and project requirements.

  • Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with HQ, who is more than happy to help out.

  • Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with HQ.

  • Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.
