I rented a private workspace here and had an extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. I was initially given the wrong check-in codes and had multiple issues just trying to access the building. When I called support for help, they told me I didn’t even have a reservation — despite me having a confirmation number and proof of booking. After putting me on hold, they eventually hung up on me. Once I finally got into the workspace, things didn’t improve. The WiFi was unreliable and dropped multiple times throughout the day, making it difficult to work and attend meetings. The room itself was filthy, and the bathroom didn’t even have hand soap. What made the experience even worse was the lack of privacy and professionalism. Someone entered my “private” workspace during a meeting to grab personal belongings from the room, which felt very inappropriate and uncomfortable. Then, about three hours after I had originally needed assistance, a worker interrupted another meeting just to ask if everything was okay. I rented this space specifically to avoid disruptions, so this completely defeated the purpose. On top of all that, the walls are paper thin — you can hear every conversation happening around you. Overall, this was a frustrating, unprofessional, and uncomfortable experience. I would not rent a workspace here again.
