• Can I change my membership if my needs or the needs of my team change over time?

  Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.

  While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, Expansive may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.

• Once I’m a member, can I store my belongings there overnight?

  Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.  

• Can I book a desk or an office by the hour at Expansive Superior? How about for a day or a month?

  Whether you need a short-term workspace solution or something more permanent, Expansive Superior has you covered. Conference Room 6s and Huddle Rooms are available by the hour. But you can book Expansive Coworking Lounges and Conference Room 6s for an entire day. Additionally, Expansive Private Office for 1-2s, Expansive Private Office for 3-4s and Expansive Private Office for 5-6s can be booked on a monthly basis.

• Can I use all the listed amenities no matter which membership I use?

  Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Expansive.

• How should I choose the best workspace for my needs?

  The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.

  A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.

  It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
