Vile company. I have an office an Utah. They consistently breach contract over a period of 7 months, and refuse to end your contract even though they breached repeatedly. The managers in the area, Kara and Koby, are the most dishonest and scummy humans you could come across. They lie through their teeth and pretend to want to help, but do absolutely 0 to help. Do yourself a favor and don't come near this company.

Their customer service team is a nightmare to work with and they show no flexibility to their customer base. This is a company that is out to try and take people’s money, not create a business. I can’t imagine they’ll be around much longer, but I know they have ruined the Regus and Spaces for me forever. Buyer beware if buying a contract or even day pass with them. I’d recommend the WeWork next door. Slightly more expensive, but you get a team that’s actually there for you, the customer, and great amenities. EDIT: In response to the reply posted by the company below - thank you for the reply if it was done in earnest and not as an attempt to discredit my post. I doubt this is the case, though, as we have already been in thorough contact. The case number we have already been using in our thorough back and forth is CRM:078100002104, credit request 13671879.

Do not sign any contracts with them, as they will find a way to screw you over. Hidden fees everywhere, lack of help with bookings and your account. Very deceptive practice.

While we absolutely loved this location and their wifi speed as well as the front desk staff that exceeded expectations we were very disappointed in the lack of complications in booking and that we were charged for a day that had to be rescheduled. It wasn’t cancelled and the facility was far from full. Life happens, it was rebooked and paid for. As a business owner, we feel that to charge for that is unacceptable. We will be taking our business elsewhere without resolution of this issue.

I've been in this Regus since 2018 and the service and treatment to paying clients continuously declines by the day. They are raising tenants rents by 75% or more when renewals happen. There is absolutely no one to talk to handle a lease renewal, just a computer system. Part of the reason you pay a premium for a smaller office space is for the front desk service. The front desk is constantly unattended as they stretch the staff thin to different locations. In order to pay rent you have to have a credit card on file, there has been several times they have unauthorized charged my card for services I didn't receive. When you try to get a hold of someone there is literally no one to help. Management does not return calls. The funny part is when you are working with them to initially rent a space they are very tentative and lead you to believe it will be great customer service. Once you are signed up and on autopay is when you really see the ethics that are in their corporate office and in their leadership roles. Wish we could back to pre covid times when Regus had Sharon on board who handled sales and leases and took great care of clients. When they properly staffed the front desk to be attended to at all times, and when they stood by the product they sold.
