Regus - Denver - Cherry Creek

Hoping everyone reading this is in doing well. I had or should I say have a rented office space at 3773 cherry creek. My lease was suppose to be up in February of 2026. Prior to that I called in to the office and spoke with our "wonderful Office Ladies". I had them walk me through how I to opt out of my lease for 2026 because I Received the new lease proposal and it was going to be double of what my first years rent was. As a small business owner and the way things were going it did not make sense for me to renew. I called the office and asked if they can walk me through so I can make sure that I opted of for next year which was 2026. They gave me instructions and I stayed on the phone while I followed what they said to do. Upon completion I asked if this was all I needed to do and she said yes" you should be good to go". Come February of this year I cleaned out my office and thought that was that. Come Mid Feb. 2026 I recieve a bank notification that money was taking from my account on behalf of Regus. So thinking that this was their fee after leaving which I thought was alot to begin with. I didn't think much of it. 2 weeks later they take the same amount out again. So I called the office and asked why they double my final bill. and to my surprise they said those were payment for March and April of 2026 and I explained that my lease ended in Feb. and that there is some kind of mistake the same person told me that I have another year lease. Mind you I cleaned out my office end of Jan. I sent an email to see if they can help me out on canceling my "New Lease" and all I got was sorry there's nothing we can do. I responded and asked if I can have the email of someone that I can reach out to. I never got a response back. However, I do continue to receive the monthly invoices. All I need is someone to reach out to me so I can break the lease. So here's my cry for help!!!! Hope someone reaches out to me. Thank you.

Emma and Meaghan are always friendly and helpful. They are professional, and are quick to answer questions or point people in the right direction. They help create a welcoming atmosphere and consistently provide excellent customer service. They are both genuine assets to the Regus team.

I was looking for a space to use and signed up for more information on their website. Since that time, they have been harassing me daily via phone and email. I sent an email explaining that I am very busy and will respond when I am able, but to please stop attempting to contact me in the meantime. My request was ignored, and the emails and phone calls keep coming. I have blocked the number three times now, but they just keep calling me from different numbers.

Just moved to this space on the 5th floor about 6 weeks ago. Really feel this space is a nice improvement from the space I had at 255 Filllmore. The tenants seem much friendlier and this place seems to be a really nice working environment. But the best thing I like the most are the two women working at the front desk, Meaghan and Emma. Both are super friendly and very helpful.Whenever I need any little thing like better cooling in my unit they seem to get right on it. They are also super helpful when I have guests arrive at my office and showing them around and making them feel very welcome. Five stars to both of them.

I couldn't recommend this coworking space enough. Not only was the facility welcoming and clean, the staff is incredible. Meaghan and Emma were so helpful and kind during my visit. I will be back!
