1/5/2026; Still haven't heard back from them, after several emails, regarding refunding my security deposit. ------ Per your response to my review- I emailed you and have had no respsone. There is no phone number listed on your support page, and when I call the Regus number, a prompt tells me to reach out to my community support team, and then hangs up. I can see that you're able to repond to my review, but have not responded to my emails. Great service, once again. ------- "Just another giant corporation bending everyday people over." - Taken from another review, but reflecting my experience with precision.

Really nice location... quiet and clean and the staff is great. Centrally located without being in the crowd of downtown Denver. I love coming here and will be back!

0/10. Month-to-month lease is a scam. Maybe people renting a space for a day have had a fine experience, but DO NOT enter into a contract with these people. 789 Sherman St with Regus is a joke. Staff are nice, but that doesn't make up for the fact that they will steal from you and then it will take MONTHS to get the retainer fee refunded (when it's literally YOUR money). This review and the negative ones before are more than deserved. Please believe me and save yourself the wasted money and extreme headache.

Do not rent from Regus. It is a scam. This has been an awful experience. I've received multiple invoices that have no explanation of what they're for and the costs far exceed the reasonable monthly rate I signed up for. Save your money and time.
