This is a lovely building with lots of open areas and light. I like the convenient parking and it's very easy to get to. The staff is amazing, especially JP. She's always helpful and efficient.

This place is a scam. I used their public parking, paid for their parking, showed proof of payment, and still received a $106 parking ticket. BEWARE!!!

Stopped by the center for a signing I was pleasantly surprised by helpful staff and the beautiful surroundings, I have a membership now and can’t wait to go back for the day!

This has been an absolutely horrible experience! The website portal has a lot of issues and those issues become the customer’s problem. One of the issues with the portal is adding new forms of payment and paying invoices. I spent several months and hours chasing down help tickets, taking screen shots, to try to take care this issue. I finally get it taken care of after my own persistence to pay and I get a legal notice for collections- the issue was on Regus’ end! I tried to find a customer service or corporate number to complain, there is none, customer service does not exist, just two people onsite communicating via email and operating very poorly at that. Instead or working for my company, I’m managing the glitches of Regus and paying them to do so! Don’t make the mistake that I did, avoid at all costs!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! ZERO STAR IS POSSIBLE..RUN Don't DO IT I had an absolutely terrible experience at Space Works, and I would never recommend it to anyone unless there’s a complete overhaul of management. Amanda and her team were unprofessional, dismissive, and showed no willingness to support tenants. During my time there, I faced several issues that eventually got resolved, but as a nonprofit tenant, they had no intention of working with me. Instead of collaborating or finding solutions, they went out of their way to push me out at all costs. Their actions were not just unprofessional but completely unfair. Even after I left, they failed to uphold their word. They had agreed to receive my mail, but instead, they sent it all away without any regard for the inconvenience it caused me. The management at Space Works is unreliable, and their lack of professionalism makes it a hostile place for any serious business or nonprofit. Unless there’s a complete change in leadership, I strongly advise staying far away from this place.

  • Want to get a feel for the workspace before signing up? Schedule a tour to experience Spaces - Ballpark and envision your workday in this dynamic environment. All you need to do is fill out this form, indicating your preferred date and time, and we'll be happy to host you.

  • Spaces - Ballpark is open during regular business hours listed above. For any other requirements, make sure to contact the operator directly.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Spaces, who is more than happy to help out.

  • Most coworking space amenities are open to all members, regardless of the membership plan. Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with Spaces.

  • While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.
