I loved this location. Parking is just a challenge if you want to go consistently. I was two minutes late paying my meter and got a $135 ticket. So I won't be returning due to parking.

Overall a nice place in a good location. Love the various drink options and affordable mini store. Unfortunately, both of the meeting rooms we tried over a couple days were too warm with no way to cool them down. Even the inconvenient solution of leaving the sliding door open did not do enough to cool it. We weren't exactly exceeding the capacity of the rooms either, nor was the rest of the building too hot, so there is some fault in the way the HVAC system is designed.

WeWork LoDo has been home base for us since late 2016, which says a lot because we do not stay anywhere that does not pull its weight. We run both our family office and our Colorado based creative web development and marketing business out of this location, and it has consistently delivered. The environment is professional without being stuffy, the staff is sharp, responsive, and genuinely helpful, and the accommodations make it easy to host clients, collaborate with teams, or buckle down and get real work done. The space strikes a rare balance, polished enough for serious business, flexible enough for creative work, and the rent has remained very reasonable for the value, especially given the LoDo location. If you want an office that feels credible, functional, and not inflated with nonsense, WeWork LoDo gets it right.
