Update three months later: not only the same man's car is there, looks like people washing their cars on weekends with buckets and music Quiet for business during weekdays but on weekends there is a man (employee or homeless not sure why they spend the night there) and his partner and dog likes to listen to Mexican music doing barbecues on the patio fence area in the parking lot.

Wave Tech Center is a great office place for startup companies. They offer an affordable office rental and provide tenants with 5-star service. The management team is very helpful and friendly, and they are always there for any needs from tenants. I have rented the office space in Wave Tech Center for more than 2 years and will still stay here for a long-term plan.
