Updating my review. Their reply is absolute BS...they have no interest in helping. Strongest possible warning to avoid doing business with Regus...simply unethical from top to bottom. Note that during this process I tried to reach out to both the head of service and the head of HR through LinkedIn and received no reply. Daneen, the site manager actively refused every requested to speak with a supervisor or regional manager. I have to own some responsibility for my situation...I could have read the terms of the contract closer and trusted the people I talked with much much less. Unlike other reviewers, I do not think the staff is great. Daneen, the site manager, routinely fumbled or forgot all of my requests and served as an active impediment for me discussing my concern with anyone in Regus leadership. The sales consultants you will work with seem to do anything to make the sale, and nothing to serve the customer. Some hard lessons learned. They charge half a month's rent to reset the room after you leave. I have a bare room with two tables and a chair. It was clean when I got it, cleaned every day while I was there, and clean when I returned it. In my case it was an added $421 charge for nothing. It's not in the rental agreement but nested in a secondary terms addendum. It will also NOT be mentioned during the sales process even when you ask, "Are there any other charges I should be aware of for my 4 week rental?" I was charged for a month I did not use. My fault. I told the sales person my move out date. I told Daneen on my move in when I was leaving in 4 weeks. I told the gentleman who gave me my key that I was just there for four weeks. What I did not do was log in to the online portal to affirm that I was leaving as expected on the short term rental I had requested. A week after I moved in I had several weird charges appear on my account and asked Daneen about them. Would have been her perfect opportunity to alert me that even though I had only signed up for a short term rental, I had better find my way through their system to mark that or would be charged even more. All in all, left me angry at myself and angrier that there are still businesses that operate like this and thrive. Original review: Absolute nightmare! At best they are disorganized, at worst they are actively deceptive. I reached our in October 2024 looking for a 3-week office rental during a home office remodel in November. Two months later, I'm still getting charges and no one will take responsibility to clean up their internal accounting issues. I will update my review as this matter advances, but for now I feel obligated to caution anyone contemplating doing business with Regus.

Local employees kind and helpful, but unempowered to help with REGUS Account issues. REGUS is now owned by a holding company and the service is horrible. Imagine if AT&T and Comcast tried to manage an office and you're still not even close to their complete disregard of ethics and business professionalism. The contracts are designed to nickle and dime you and shake you down with no recourse while racking up and profiting from late fees if you have a dispute. You can read you contract very carefully, but you will pay more than you think because fees like "office restoration" have no formula disclosed - and it is not based on condition of the space, just garbage fee determined out of state. Lease elsewhere if you have alternatives. They always tell you to send a message to the (faceless, unaccountable, useless) "Account Help Desk" because there is no local management to deal with. We're ready to sue them before they refer our account to collections. REGUS is now a really, really bad company in my experience and I'm glad to move on from them.

Staff was great. We joked the office space is like a prison. Long hallways with lots of doors to offices with no whiteboards or monitors. I would never make it a full week in this environment. They also charge $1.50 for a coffee from a machine. Will not be going back. Staff is great though.

Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with Regus.

  • While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.

  • The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
