Unprofessional Staff, Zero Accountability, and Questionable Billing Practices My lease with Regus had already expired, yet I received an invoice requesting payment. When I contacted the San Jose Airport office for help, the experience was nothing short of appalling. The receptionist was unhelpful, refused to answer my questions, and then hung up on me mid-conversation. Let that sink in — a customer calling with a legitimate billing concern was hung up on. No resolution, no professionalism, no basic courtesy. Meanwhile, staff at the Mountain View location were helpful, friendly, and actually willing to do their jobs. The contrast is night and day. Watch Out for Suspicious Invoices. Regus has a pattern of sending incorrect invoices loaded with questionable surcharges, seemingly hoping that clients won’t notice or won’t bother to dispute them. It feels deliberately deceptive. And if you DO catch the mistake and call them out on it? Don’t expect help. Expect to be ignored, dismissed, and hung up on — exactly what happened to me. The San Jose Airport team is poorly trained, unfriendly, and completely useless when it matters most. If you’re considering Regus for your office space needs, think twice — especially this location. When something goes wrong (and it will), don’t expect accountability. I am done with Regus. No more. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. There are far better, more honest office space providers out there who actually value their customers.

I had been a loyal and quiet customer renting out an office space for almost a year until they doubled my monthly rate and charged my card(on automatic payment) without letting me know before hand. I assumed it was a mistake so went to talk to them to clear things up and they hit me with a pretty cold, well you were on a month to month and we have the right to charge you whatever we feel is the going market rate. There were even broken promises from Vishean assuring me that I’d get a refund for the difference, then the statements were once again rescinded. Even employees have complained about how unfair corporate treats its customers. I would NOT recommend this as an office or shared coworking space. I have already submitted a few tickets, and the issue has not been resolved

My experience with Regus was awful from the start. Their team completely misrepresented what I was getting — I was promised a certain workspace and service level that never matched reality. When I asked to end my membership right after signing, they flat-out refused and kept trying to lock me into months of payments. They love to bury you in hidden fees, scripted customer-service replies, and policies that make it impossible to leave without losing money. Even returning a simple access card becomes a drawn-out process designed to squeeze a few more dollars out of you. This company thrives on confusion, not customer care. If there were an option to give zero stars, I would. Regus is the definition of corporate greed dressed up as “flexible workspace.” Avoid at all costs.
