I visited this location yesterday and met with Sasha to discuss the coworking options. During our conversation, I specifically asked about upfront costs and was told that there was no deposit required for the coworking spaces. Sasha explained that deposits applied to private office spaces, not coworking memberships. Based on that information, I signed the agreement. However, shortly afterward I received notice that a deposit would be required. I immediately contacted Sasha and explained that this was not what had been represented to me during the sales process. At that time, she acknowledged that she had made a mistake but stated that I would still be responsible for the payment. My concern is that the deposit requirement was never verbally disclosed to me before signing, and the agreement itself does not clearly identify a specific deposit amount that I am obligated to pay. Had I been informed that a deposit would be required, I would not have entered into the agreement. Additionally, it has been less than 24 hours since signing. I have not moved into the space, received keys or access credentials, or used any of the services. I also spoke with Jocelyn, who advised that she does not handle sales and was not familiar with the representations made during the sales process. She stated that she would need to contact a support team to determine what options may be available. This was a very disappointing experience. I relied on the information provided by the sales representative when making my decision, only to be told afterward that the terms were different. I would not choose to do business with a company that tells customers one thing and then changes the terms after an agreement is signed. I entered into this agreement in good faith based on the information provided to me, and I believe this situation was handled poorly.

I work at the office on 845 15 St in San Diego. It has been a great experience and all of my coworkers love it. The coffee is great, the building is beautiful, and I love going in there!
