I had a very disappointing experience with Spaces due to a lack of billing transparency. This was presented to me as a monthly contract, but I was charged nearly $2,500+ upfront, which included a deposit, service charges, and rent for multiple future months billed in advance. This was never clearly explained at the time of signup, and I only discovered the breakdown after the charges were already applied. If this is truly a monthly agreement, charging several months in advance without clearly disclosing it upfront is misleading and undermines trust. Customers should not have to reverse-engineer invoices to understand what they’ve been charged for. I strongly encourage anyone considering Spaces or Regus to carefully review their contract and request a full billing breakdown before signing. I also recommend checking Reddit and reading past Regus customer billing experiences, as many others have reported similar issues. Transparency and clear communication are essential, and unfortunately this experience fell short.

I’ve been working out of Spaces Montgomery for my startup, and it’s been a great experience. The location is super convenient, the atmosphere is bright and productive, and the staff is consistently professional and welcoming. I especially want to shout out Emilio — I run into him almost every day, and he’s always incredibly helpful and on top of things. His friendliness and professionalism really make the space feel easy to work in. Highly recommend this location.

Was already a Regus member and needed a space for my morning meetings, so this was the perfect spot. It’s a lovely, spacious and quiet workspace with attentive, flexible staff who are always willing to help.

Great location in the financial district. Nearby locations Transamerica Pyramid building, minutes to Union Square. Local FedEx, USPS for shipping. For visitors minutes from Fishermen’s Wharf, Alcatraz and much more.
