This has got to be the absolute worst office renting experience of my life! First off, THERE WAS A HOMELESS MAN LIVING IN ONE OF THE OFFICES!! He smelled so bad, I was never able to bring clients, or staff up to my office, as the smell from him was so bad, you could smell him up to 20 feet away! What did Regus or Spaces do about this (and yes they knew he was living there),...nothing! When my lease ended, he had been living (in office 905) there since September 2025. I had told Emilio, ha!, he did nothing, just replied "we don't get involved in personal issues". Lease agreement clearly states, living in offices is NOT permitted. Secondly, daily bullying and shaming from office next to me (office 906) I was subjected to elder abuse and insults almost on a daily basis, began on day one of my moving in. Never keep their door closed, taking and many times swearing that my customers could hear over my phone. Again, what did Regus do? Nothing, as always. I make every attempt to get along with everyone and be professional. Privacy, well, you really don't have much. Staff barging in without knocking most of the time. One morning at 7am, a Regus staff member barged in without knocking! He wore a face mask and hoodie, (very professional) he literally ran down the hall as fast as he could back to the front reception desk!! I asked him, why are you barging into my office without knocking?! He replied, "oh, I thought your office was supply closet. OMG! Other office friends of mine there say, "did you know staff go into your office when you're gone and snoop and rummage around?!"I asked how many times they had seen this, they told me at least 4 or 5 times. Shocking! What were Regus staff looking for?! Something to take? After hearing this, I instantly installed 3 hidden cameras in my office, after which the snooping and going thru my personal things ended. One company of mine is a mainly government funded Cyber Defense company. A really, really dumb move on staffs behave. 3 months before my lease was to expire, they began hounding me, are you going to renew, are you going to renew? I was told if I renew, large rent increases would incur. I was attempting to work between a horribly smelling homeless man living in the office next door to me, on the other side of me bullys insulting me constantly. Why on earth would I want to renew?! I only had a few issues which they did NOTHING about, they raise office rent about 20% to 30%! Lastly, getting my mail each day was a chore. I had to remind Emilio almost daily, could you get my mail please. Each daily his reply was, "oh I've been busy, or I forgot". There were days he could not be found for hours at a time. No one at the front desk the majority of the time. On his endless smoke breaks. Of course, Regus being the control freaks that they are, they control the mail as well. Only Regus has keys to the mailroom. I had 3 packages lost, a credit card lost and a package arriving that had been opened, just an empty envelope which were to have had two expensive (David Yurman)bracelets inside. I was so relieved when my lease ended June 30th from a year of stress, I went out to celebrate. One last thing you all should know, when signing the lease, I was at first told they would take two months rent, which was fine. When my bank statement came, Regus had taken 3 months! I see they've done this to many others.so, watch yourselves. When your lease ends, it states your reinstatement will be refunded within 30 days.HA! These money mongers hold "your" money for the full 30 days, amongst to the minute. So, watch yourself, this may look nice, but was a terribly toxic work environment! I find out the hard way so you don't have to. There's are so many other offices, many much nicer and nicer, more professional staff.

I had a very disappointing experience with Spaces due to a lack of billing transparency. This was presented to me as a monthly contract, but I was charged nearly $2,500+ upfront, which included a deposit, service charges, and rent for multiple future months billed in advance. This was never clearly explained at the time of signup, and I only discovered the breakdown after the charges were already applied. If this is truly a monthly agreement, charging several months in advance without clearly disclosing it upfront is misleading and undermines trust. Customers should not have to reverse-engineer invoices to understand what they’ve been charged for. I strongly encourage anyone considering Spaces or Regus to carefully review their contract and request a full billing breakdown before signing. I also recommend checking Reddit and reading past Regus customer billing experiences, as many others have reported similar issues. Transparency and clear communication are essential, and unfortunately this experience fell short.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Emilio at Regus/Spaces. His professionalism, patience, and problem-solving skills are truly unmatched. Any time an issue comes up — big or small — Emilio jumps in immediately and handles it with incredible efficiency and care. He doesn’t just resolve the problem; he makes the entire process feel smooth, stress-free, and genuinely supported.

I’ve been working out of Spaces Montgomery for my startup, and it’s been a great experience. The location is super convenient, the atmosphere is bright and productive, and the staff is consistently professional and welcoming. I especially want to shout out Emilio — I run into him almost every day, and he’s always incredibly helpful and on top of things. His friendliness and professionalism really make the space feel easy to work in. Highly recommend this location.

Was already a Regus member and needed a space for my morning meetings, so this was the perfect spot. It’s a lovely, spacious and quiet workspace with attentive, flexible staff who are always willing to help.
