As the owner of a small business, I leased office space at Spaces with high expectations for professionalism and efficiency. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating due to repeated billing issues and incompetent account management by the leasing agent/receptionist Kory Storer. On multiple occasions, I was informed that my payment could not be processed, and each time, the agent instructed me to sign up for a new account because the last account was restricted. I was assured the previous one would be closed. This happened not once, but twice, resulting in me unknowingly having three active accounts. To make matters worse, I was later notified that I was “late” on payments for two of these accounts, which were supposed to have been canceled. This is unacceptable and reflects a complete lack of organization and accountability on Spaces’ part. The leasing agent’s inability to manage accounts properly caused unnecessary confusion, wasted my time, and put my business in a compromising position. As a business owner, I rely on service providers like Spaces to uphold basic standards of competence, especially when it comes to financial transactions. Instead, I was met with excuses and a dismissive attitude, with no proactive resolution offered. I strongly urge Spaces to address these systemic issues in their billing and account management processes. No business owner should have to deal with such avoidable errors. I would not recommend leasing from Spaces until they demonstrate a commitment to fixing these problems and ensuring clear communication with their clients.

This company is the worst that I've ever dealt with in my professional experience. The other reviews are spot on, predatory, they charged for things that was not as advertised and the worst customer service/support that never gets back to you. Beware at all cost as they even hide or make it difficult where to cancel your subscription.

RUN FOR THE HILLS!!!!!! Renting an office with Regus has been a living nightmare. Deceptive business practices, lies told to get you into the contract, surprise fees that make no sense, and threats (via automated emails) of sending your account to collections and cutting off services for not paying said "surprise fees" (even after I gave in and paid them). Attempting to protect yourself from being charged unfair fees by declining monthly auto pay will not protect you. I went that route, and was told before signing the contract that I could simply pay my rent each month by the 15th rather than having my card automatically debited. However, the company now tells me that I'll be assessed an additional 1k fee per month until I agree to sign up for auto debit. The front-desk employees are perfectly nice. They are not to blame for the evil practices of this company. Unfortunately, there is nothing they can do to help you find resolution to these issues as they do not have control over any of the billing practices. They can try to send an email to headquarters to request that an unfair fee be removed, but headquarters generally disregards their requests. Signing up with Regus is the biggest mistake I have ever made as a small business owner. I was such a fool that I never even thought to look at online reviews before signing up online (b/c it was so pretty! and clean! and friendly!). Please don't make the same mistake. Run for the hills. Oh and by the way, you are forced to sign an arbitration agreement as part of the lease, so you will have no real legal recourse once they do their number on you.

Great office working space, good rates. Website can be a little tricky to book but plenty of parking and clean rooms with fast WiFi.
