We had an outstanding experience at Regus Fashion Square! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and truly professional. The space itself was spotless and well-maintained, creating a welcoming and productive environment for our team. Our catering order was handled perfectly—delivered on time and exactly as requested, which made our meeting run smoothly without a hitch. The meeting room was spacious, well-equipped, and met all our team’s needs. It was the ideal setting for collaboration and focus. Highly recommend Regus Fashion Square for any business looking for a polished, reliable, and supportive workspace. We’ll definitely be back!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR BUSINESS. I have been a tenant at Regus for over a year now, and I’m writing this review after enduring what can only be described as a shocking display of mismanagement, bad faith, and unethical conduct at Regus Fashion Square (Scottsdale, AZ), under the IWG brand. We relocated from Regus SanTan to Fashion Square in April 2024 because we were led to believe the move would offer better service and a more professional environment, including other reasons. That turned out to be the opposite of what we received. 🔴 Here is what happened: Our access was restricted and our internet was shut off without notice, despite us actively occupying the office and communicating in good faith with management. This disrupted client meetings and daily operations. Regus issued a "Notice of Property Abandonment" while we were physically in the office conducting business during regular hours. This was an outrageous misrepresentation and a tactic that appears retaliatory. They attempted to change the locks while we were inside the office. The locksmith eventually refused to proceed after realizing he was being filmed and law enforcement had to be called. That’s right—we had to call the police to defend our legal access to our office. Despite repeated requests, Regus's City Manager, Lauren, refused to provide legal contact information for their internal legal department. Our emails to her were later blocked entirely, further obstructing resolution. The pricing originally quoted by their representative, Erica, was then retracted without explanation, despite written confirmation of part of the offer. We were later told this "was not formal," even though we acted on it in good faith. When we tried to escalate the matter, no action was taken until we left a Google review. Only then did a regional manager finally respond—but the offered “resolution” failed to address the financial harm, business disruption, or trust violations we experienced. Regus continues to hold our retainer while denying us full access to the office space. ⚠️ Summary This experience has caused significant operational losses, emotional distress, and reputational harm to my company. Regus not only breached their own agreement—they showed zero regard for the legal, ethical, and human standards expected from a company claiming to serve business professionals. If you are a business owner who values stability, fairness, and professionalism, I strongly urge you to reconsider before signing anything with Regus or IWG. Their practices are predatory, their management is evasive, and their conflict resolution is non-existent—until you go public. We are now pursuing legal remedies.... You've been warned. Be aware of your rights

🚨 Deeply Dishonest and Deceptive Company— Tenants in Scottsdale, Beware 🚨 I’ve been a Regus tenant since 2021, originally at the Chandler location. After months of unprofessional behavior and harassment by a receptionist—and repeated, unresolved complaints—I was eventually offered a relocation. Regus proposed two offices at my current rate, claiming it was to compensate for the inflated rent I had been paying. They explicitly stated that the office space at the Scottsdale location cost less than half of what I was paying in Chandler. To make matters worse, my contract had been automatically renewed without notice, locking me into an already inflated rate with no opportunity to renegotiate. I accepted the relocation in good faith based on a written offer from Manager Heather Tierney, confirming I would receive two offices at the same price in the Scottsdale location. But when I moved, only one office was provided. No explanation. No adjustment. The second office—clearly documented in writing—was never honored. I've continued paying the full rate ever since, despite the relocation being framed as a cost-balancing solution. After repeatedly escalating the matter, I finally received an email in July 2025 from Erica George offering a larger office at approximately my current rate. But during our in-person meeting, she attempted to raise the price. Erica even acknowledged that the same office in that current week was approximately $600 cheaper for new clients than what she had initially offered me in the email, but refused to offer me the same rate, claiming I didn’t qualify because I wasn’t “new”—despite clear over 4-year contract history, account documentation proving otherwise, and her access to it before the offer was sent. When I directly challenged the clear contradiction in her statements, Erica became visibly agitated—her tone shifted, she avoided eye contact, and her responses grew defensive. Rather than addressing the issue or attempting to clarify, she abruptly ended the meeting and walked out without any resolution. Her behavior was not only unprofessional but also disruptive and evasive, undermining the integrity of the discussion and showing a clear unwillingness to engage in constructive dialogue. Sitting silently during the entire conversation was Lauren Lefco, who only disclosed she was the manager after I asked directly to speak with one. Rather than help, Lauren doubled down on Erica’s statements and refused to provide legal contact information. She claimed she was “not allowed” to share it and instructed me to email her so she could forward the matter to “legal chambers.” She even admitted that Erica had made a mistake by sending the email offer, calling it a human error—and said they could not honor it as a result. But this was not an isolated incident. Human error at Regus has been a repeated pattern that has directly harmed my business and my team—emotionally, financially, and operationally. These actions have disrupted my business and reflect a deliberate disregard for ethical client treatment. And as if that weren’t enough, the contract itself contains no clear terms for termination, relocation, or dispute resolution. Every aspect is vague—by design. Summary: Written offer for two offices (from Heather Tierney) not honored Bait-and-switch pricing and upgrade misrepresentation (by Erica George) Blatant refusal to share legal contacts or offer escalation (by Lauren Lefco) Admission of “human error” used to excuse repeated business disruptions Deliberately vague contract terms and no clear path to recourse

My experience as a tenant at Regus Scottsdale Fashion Square was frustrating from day one. The office I was assigned had no light switch and no thermostat. The fluorescent lights stayed on 24/7, and the temperature was completely inconsistent. It wasn’t a once-in-a-while issue, it was a problem 3 to 4 days a week. After a few months of putting up with it, I started tracking the temperatures because it was affecting my ability to work. Here are just a few examples: • 2/4/25 at 6:45 AM: 61 degrees, AC running full blast • 2/5/25 at 7:20 AM: 64.5 degrees • 4/4/25 at 12:30 PM: 81.5 degrees • 4/7/25 at 9:15 AM: 81.1 degrees • 4/14/25 at 8:15 AM: 81 degrees • 4/16/25 at 9:15 AM: 81 degrees, then 82.5 by 11:00 AM • 4/18/25 at 9:00 AM: 81 degrees These are just the days I documented, there were plenty more like them. It was never comfortable & I ended up keeping my door open and using a space heater during the cold spells. Then there was the parking. I paid extra for a space in the garage below the building, knowing it was shared with Scottsdale Fashion Square. It was fine in the mornings, but coming back midday was a nightmare. I'd return from lunch and get stuck navigating mall traffic just to reach the gated entrance. Cars waiting for shoppers to pull out would block aisles, and it always felt like an accident waiting to happen. Around 60 days before my lease ended, Regus emailed a renewal offer. I had been on a 6-month term. Their new offer? Same term with a 33% rent increase. No outreach. Just an inflated price. I declined and gave notice. Despite hearing the manager mention that occupancy was down to around 65%. Then came the $534.50 cleaning fee, billed while I was still occupying the office. It was for a 125 sq. ft. space that had chipped wall paint and wasn't spotless when I moved in. I asked about it, the manager just sent a lease excerpt with a few highlighted lines and called it justified. No explanation. Just a "this is what the lease says." What made it worse, they didn’t charge the card on file like they had for every other invoice. I caught it myself and paid manually on 5/26/25 before I moved out. Then in June, I found out they’d also tacked on a $51.73 late fee for that same invoice. Keep in mind, I was still a tenant when I paid it. They just never ran the card like they had done every other time. After moving out, I expected my $1,342.20 retainer to be refunded automatically. Wrong. On 6/26/25, after not seeing the refund, I emailed the manager. His response? Screenshots and more lease highlights. Apparently, I was supposed to know I needed to log into the Regus portal, dig through the site, find the retainer refund section, manually enter my banking info, and request my money. Then wait up to 30 more days. No guidance. No help. Just a redirect to their portal. While I was in there requesting the refund, I saw more charges like the $12 “priority internet” that was already billed monthly as part of my rent, now showing up again as a separate line item. I asked about it, and again got no real answer. Just another deflection: “You can cancel it anytime.” That wasn’t the question, I was asking why I was billed for it twice. The way this whole thing was handled felt more like dealing with a collection agency than a business center. They seem focused on squeezing fees out of tenants however they can bogus cleaning fees, surprise late charges, double billing, and a retainer refund process clearly designed to delay payouts. And when you ask for help? You get screenshots and highlighted lease text, not actual service. I was prepared to move on quietly, even with the poor temperatures, chaotic parking, and the cleaning fee. But the late fee and the complete lack of professionalism or support from the manager pushed me to leave this review. Regus Scottsdale Fashion Square feels like it's running on autopilot high prices, minimal service, and a business model that prioritizes policy over people. I would not recommend this location to anyone looking for a reliable or professional office experience.
