I've been renting an office for a 1 year lease agreement. My lease was $675/mo. I was just informed that they are raising it at renewal to $1,800/mo. I've always wondered why there's so many empty offices here and why so many tenants come and go. Well, this right here might explain it... this price increase is over 2.5x of what I'm currently paying!!! We were told when we moved in that rent may go up 3-10% each year, not 2.5x. I could buy a house and have a monthly mortgage payment for the same price they want to charge me for monthly office rent (for a small office). Edit: Received Spaces comment below and sent an email… though it still makes no sense to me as to why I’d have to reach out when they have all my lease information…. They can (or should) clearly see what I’ve been paying and what they are going to charge me at renewal unless their system is completely broken and messed up…. their comment is silly because they should be able to review everything without me needing to reach out. 🤦‍♂️

CAREFUL, THEY WILL LIE TO YOU TO SELL YOU. absolutely awful. paid for a private office then they gave me the wrong office so i was without access for days. I used the in app support to no avail, never received any response or follow up from their team. There is also a scam-type extra charge that they say you can request as a refund in writing, but as mentioned above this team will never actually follow through.

absolutely awful, will sell you something then not give you access. UPDATE: i raised a ticket through the help section immediately upon non-entry into my office space, and am still waiting for a response
