I rented an office for my business 6 months ago and since the first day, I’ve been dealing with a lack of professionalism and employees choosing to not help and contradicting what others had promised. They added charges for cafe and printing and WiFi service because they said it’s a default to add services you hadn’t requested and it’s up to me to manually remove them (once I find out they are being charged). Took over 30 days for them to get me a working key card for the building. They are hard to get ahold of after you sign your lease for any problems. Now I’m moving out and they are saying that it’s mandatory to charge $640 to ‘restore’ my office. I haven’t broken anything and for the most part, it was a place to store paperwork. The irony of it is that one of the promises they shared with me was that they would fix the holes in the walls from a past tenant hanging a tv, and hanging white boards, and repaint. I’m sure they paid the restore fee as well and it was never fixed. Find another place for an office. Their pricing is confusing, misleading and has added fees. The customer service is poor. Will not be using them again.

Started withdrawing money from.my account. They extended a 6 month lease without owners consent. Do not do business with Regus, the are scamming
