Had an office here for almost 3 years. Center staff/rank and file people are GREAT but they are victims of the same terrible management & company (Regus) that owns/operates Spaces that tenants are. Net: Stay away. WiFi is terrible. Was out for two weeks once, staff was completely unable to fix it and it is functionally useless when it works. Company is so cheap on HVAC that it's warm during business hours and outright hot outside of business hours when they don't run the HVAC enough to save money (even though you're paying for an air conditioned space in the desert). But worse is accounting. They’ll make a mistake on your rent and then on their own mistake send you to collections and send you nasty threatening notes even though you have in writing it was their clerical error. And they won’t return your deposit anywhere near on time or without a lot of work on your part to force them to pay their legitimate debt to you anywhere near their own timeline of 30 days after your agreement is up (hope the irony isn't lost here they'll harass and pursue you for a debt you don't even owe but they won't bother to honor or pay theirs) even though, again, you have written confirmation you are owed it as a credit free and clear (no damage or remaining amounts owned). Center staff is GREAT. But Regus is a terrible, useless, completely inept bureaucracy that you should not ever subject yourself to and is too large and ineffective to succeed.
