Very friendly receptionist. I went for my trial day, she showed me around and then made me feeling comfortable to use the public office area for whole day. There were quite busy and many business people used here and had business meeting/group discussion etc. It is rather a multi-purpose business office. I would like to discover it more and soon I would like to purchase a membership for properly using this Patch.

I’ve been using Patch for a few months now for external meetings. The space and catering are amazing. Katie and others do everything they can to help and make it a good experience. I highly recommend Patch.

It’s been an absolute pleasure working with the team at Patch. In the first couple of months of 2026, Chelmsford BID hosted three events there, including a live podcast, panel discussion and a yoga class. Katie and the team couldn’t have been more supportive or professional throughout. Their help ensured everything ran smoothly, resulting in two sold-out events and seamless delivery from start to finish. Patch itself is a beautiful, welcoming space and its location right in the heart of Chelmsford city centre makes it incredibly convenient for events. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-run, flexible venue with a fantastic team behind it. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
