Shocking.

There's a whole lot better locally. Loads. What's good: - The people themselves "on the ground" who run the place are great, and want to help. They're restricted by what they can do, however. Read on... What's not good: - There's a culture of "computer says no". - There's a degree of underhandedness, or "mistakes being made", whereby Spaces double-parked another organisation on our desks even though we were paying for them and then refused to credit for them. - The communal space doesn't have a buzz or any life to it. - They do not have social events weekly or monthly, whereas others locally do. - They charge for the tea and coffee, whereas most others locally do not charge. - You can access the properly 24/7, but there's no security out-of-working-hours, which doesn't feel safe.

Clean space with WiFi but rather soulless and corporate, without any coffee as well
Frequently Asked Questions

Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.
For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.
Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.
-
Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with Spaces.
-
Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.

Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Spaces, who is more than happy to help out.
