Many Regus office users regularly park on surrounding residential roads, often outside people's homes, with little or no consideration for residents. Cars are frequently left so badly positioned that getting in and out of driveways becomes extremely difficult. This isn't an occasional issue - it's a recurring problem affecting multiple households daily! Regus needs to do more to ensure its tenants and visitors park responsibly instead of treating nearby residential streets as their overflow car park. (Frequent offenders; white Toyota people carrier, silver Geely/Chery SUV, red Vauxhall Insignia & navy Honda CRV (small SUV)

My experience with Regus has been disappointing. We signed a 12-month agreement for a 5-person office from June 2025 to July 2026. Before signing the contract, I specifically asked the sales representative ( Albab ) whether there would be any additional charges beyond the agreed monthly fee. I was told that everything was included in the package. However, after moving into the office, we found that many services came with additional charges that had never been clearly explained during the sales process. At the end of the agreement, I was also charged a restoration fee of around £530. When I questioned this, I was simply referred to the terms and conditions. I also noticed that the restoration charge increased from £29 to £35 plus VAT. Although Regus stated they reserve the right to increase charges, no prior notice or communication was provided to existing customers before the increase was applied. Customer service was also disappointing. It took a long time to receive responses to my queries, and I was even charged late payment fees while I was still waiting for clarification on the disputed charges. My advice to anyone considering Regus is to ask for a complete written breakdown of all possible charges before signing the agreement. Don’t rely solely on verbal assurances from the sales team, and make sure you fully understand every fee that may apply during and at the end of your contract. This review reflects my personal experience.

I rented a co-working desk at Regus Bath Road SLOUGH a few months ago, and unfortunately, my experience quickly went downhill after signing up. At the time of booking, the staff were helpful—especially the manager, Mr. Babar, who was polite and accommodating. However, once I moved in, the level of customer service dropped significantly. The office manager was unwelcoming and rarely smiled, which made the environment feel uncomfortable. More importantly, key information—such as a checkout fee—was never mentioned during the booking process, which felt misleading. I made several attempts to contact Mr. Babar regarding my concerns, but he never responded to any of my calls. I also left messages at reception multiple times, yet no one ever bothered to call back. Overall, the staff came across as rude and unprofessional, and the lack of communication was extremely frustrating. I would strongly recommend considering other locations and avoiding the Bath Road Slough office based on my experience.

Brilliant and professional centre team at front desk. The office space is well maintained, always clean and inviting, been here on 2nd floor for over a year, never had any issues. Friendly team always willing to assist.
