This place is another of the best locations to work in Manchester. The staff are friendly and will support you to answer any questions, the setting is modern and vibrant, the coworking space is well lit and I have been able to use the power sockets and wi-fi with ease. There are extra chairs and tables should you need them for a meeting. The staff know a lot about different training opportunities going on for free at the Business IP Centre in the Central Library and you can potentially use the Boardroom or Conference room if you book ahead. The heating is normally spot on too. I have attended multiple training sessions in the UNIT 13 space and ran several courses, workshops and sessions within the building. Through GENERATOR I have learnt about networking meetings occurring nearby. I can 100% recommend this place especially if you are just starting out in business as you will be benefitted by the facilities and courses. The rates are also fantastic and the coffee is very good from the machine. Other refreshments are often available and the staff will attempt to accommodate your every need. There is a beautiful canal area also about 5 minutes walk with plenty of cafes and restaurants for a cheeky beverage. Note there is also podcasting booths and equipment available here and there is a training session available on this too.
I love being able to use the rooms here to have a safe space to record my podcast & the staff are so accommodating & supportive & friendly plus refreshments are free. I love it here
A quiet, organised and confy co-working space with business support and key media tools available to for members. Where you can work, learn and make good networking. Will definitely come back.
Cheap and good place to work. They should have some spaces which could be used as temorary faith spaces instead of saying no.
This is a really good place to get your head down and get on with some work! I've used quite a few co-working spaces in and around the same area and this one is the best, because: price - much lower than competitors, it's not even close; ease of booking a desk - it's done in like 15 seconds; location - not right in the hustle & bustle of the City, but a 2 minute walk across the road to get there; vibe - calm, relaxed and inviting; staff - all very welcoming and helpful; resources - 1-to-1 business help, events, networking, and access to various tools and databases; and, most crucially (for me at least), MONITORS & EQUIPMENT! I can't work productively from a 13 inch Macbook Pro as a web designer/developer, and I always miss my larger screen when out and about with just my laptop. This place has monitors all over the place from standard ones to Apple High Definition with charging capabilities (so I can leave my charger at home), and up to Samsung Odyssey OLED G9 49-inch Curved DQHD Monitors. For the price you really can't complain - and they offer free trails! I'm yet to try to St Peters Sq one, but Royal Mills is an excellent space. 🌟
