Appalling place to deal with. When you start with them, all is good, they are helpful and promise the earth. However.....we were assured that it was a secure site - with either locked gates (for which we have an access card) OR security on-site. Due to this, we kept a trailer in the car park. The trailer got stolen because the gates were left open all night (as they are left open every night) and security was not there, or was asleep. Very conveniently, the system that fines you for parking when you are 30seconds over the allowed 1 hour didn't manage to catch the registration number of the vehicle that took our trailer and the local CCTV wasn't clear - smacks of someone helping our theives. It all starts to go horribly wrong when you leave - the "house rules" which clearly apply to office spaces only are applied however it suits the site with little regards to the tenants or anything else. We assumed they did not apply as there are rules in there that clearly aren't enforced but it seems the one that they do enforce is the "restoration fee" which amounts to THOUSANDS. The building wasn't "restored" when we moved in, it's cleaner and tidier now then when we got there yet they want to charge us the restoration fee regardless of common sense or reality. Disgraceful, AVOID AVOID AVOID (talk to other tenants too, they will all tell you the same) along with dodgy rent payments being taken from bank accounts!
The house rules also specify that stereo systems are not allowed in the unit, which is very odd as our neighbours had a stereo system that, on occasion, made it impossible to think in our "office" space, yet alone hold phone calls and run a business - not the fault of our neighbours at all - but would have been nice if this was mentioned to us that this house rule didn't apply when we moved in.
Feel free to call me to ask me about our experience!
If you want an expensive serviced office with a short lease and rules that may or not apply depending on whether it suits the landlord and payments that are sometimes right, sometimes not and sometimes fair and appropriate and sometimes not, then this is the place for you!
